The action targets IRGC commanders, law enforcement officials, and digital currency exchanges linked to Iranian state activities, subjecting them to secondary sanctions. Concurrently, the Treasury removed Soltech Industry and its associated individual from the list and updated the designation links for Mohammad Soltanmohammadi.
