Decree No. 2017-917 Appointing a Member of the Banking and Financial Supervision Commission
The Prime Minister of Madagascar, acting on the proposal of the Finance and Budget Minister and the Central Bank Governor, appoints Mr. Adrianavalomanana Razafiarison as a member of the Banking and Financial Supervision Commission for a three-year term. This decree simultaneously repeals all conflicting prior appointment provisions, particularly Decree No. 2013-559, and mandates the Finance Minister to oversee its execution. To ensure rapid implementation, the decree takes immediate legal effect upon radio or television broadcast and/or public posting, independent of its formal publication in the Official Journal.
