The Reserve Bank of New Zealand, the Bank of Canada, and the Reserve Bank of Australia established the Central Bank Network for Indigenous Inclusion to foster dialogue and share best practices regarding Indigenous economic and financial issues. The Network requires members to collaborate on research, enhance cultural awareness within their organizations, and actively engage with Indigenous partners to support education and recruitment. This voluntary agreement functions as a community of practice without setting policy positions or creating legally enforceable obligations among the participating central banks.
