Regulation to amend Regulation 81-101 respecting Mutual Fund Prospectus Disclosure
The Minister of Finance approved regulations made by the Autorité des marchés financiers to update various securities regulations in Quebec. The specific amendment to Regulation 81-101 requires replacing references to the old SEDAR website with the new SEDAR+ platform in mutual fund prospectus disclosure forms.
