Amendments to Policy Statement to Regulation 41-101 respecting General Prospectus Requirements

The regulator amends Section 5A.4 of the Policy Statement to Regulation 41-101 respecting General Prospectus Requirements to standardize terminology regarding exchange-traded fund disclosures. The changes replace references to specific entity websites with the term designated website to clarify where fund profiles may be made available. These updates ensure consistent language across paragraphs governing the accessibility of ETF information on designated or alternative websites.
