Regulation to amend Regulation 51-101 respecting Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities
The Minister of Finance approved regulations issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers to update various securities laws in Quebec. These amendments specifically replace references to SEDAR with SEDAR+ in Regulation 51-101 respecting Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities. The changes update filing system references in section 5.18 and Form 51-101F4 to reflect the new electronic data retrieval platform. The regulation comes into force on June 9, 2023.
