Seychelles FSA Circular No 5 of 2019 on Gambling GOP Procedures
The Financial Services Authority of Seychelles has amended Gainful Occupational Permit procedures for gambling licensees to streamline application processing. Licensees must first advertise vacancies locally, obtain Ministry approval for foreign hires, secure a Certificate of Approval from the regulator, and submit final immigration documents within seven days.
