Independence of experts' reports (withdrawn)

The Australian Securities and Investments Commission has withdrawn Regulatory Guide 42 regarding the independence of experts' reports. This withdrawal directs readers to consult the updated Regulatory Guide 111 on the content of expert reports and Regulatory Guide 112 on the independence of experts. These new guides replace the previous requirements for expert report standards and independence assessments.
