The Head of the Financial System Monitoring Department (Desig) of the Central Bank of Brazil amends Circular Letter No. 3.605 to impose new compliance reporting obligations. Financial institutions are now required to submit a quarterly declaration of conformity regarding the values of their tariffed services via the Sisbacen system, even if no changes occurred during the period. This regulatory change enters into force on August 1, 2020.
