The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) issued Regulatory Guide 200 to establish compliance standards for giving advice to super fund members. This guide has been formally withdrawn and its regulatory requirements are no longer active. Entities must now follow the consolidated rules in RG 244, which governs the provision of general and scaled advice.
