Update of the CMA Fees and Commissions and Cancellation of Announcement No. 97 Dated 31 January 2024
The Capital Markets Authority of Lebanon issued Announcement No. 100 to update its fee schedule and collection procedures, replacing the previous announcement dated January 31, 2024. The updated schedule establishes specific fees in Lebanese Lira for licensing, registration, annual renewals, and various administrative requests, all of which become effective January 1, 2026. Requesting entities must prepay the applicable fees via BDL-RTGS transfers using designated IBANs and SWIFT MT202/MT298 messages, attaching final bank confirmations to their submissions.
