Regarding the policy for the formation and operation of a 5,000 (Five Thousand) crore taka refinance scheme to provide working capital in the agriculture sector due to the outbreak of Novel Corona Virus.

Dear Sir,

Reference is invited to paragraph 1(g) of ACD Circular No.-01 dated 13/04/2020 and ACD Circular Letter No.-02 dated 20/09/2020 on the subject cited above. To ensure the proper implementation of the special incentive refinance scheme for the agriculture sector formed through the aforementioned circulars, the time limit for loan distribution by banks at the customer level has been extended up to 31 March 2021.

In addition, all other directives mentioned in the aforementioned circulars will remain unchanged.

This directive will take effect immediately.
