Regarding the policy formulation and operation of a Taka 3,000 (Three Thousand) crore refinance scheme for the agriculture sector to combat the financial crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Dear Sir,

Reference is invited to Paragraph No. 4 of ACD Circular No. 02 dated 14/09/2021 on the subject cited above. Through the aforementioned circular, the deadline for loan distribution by banks at the farmer/customer level for the proper implementation of the 'Special Incentive Refinance Scheme' established for the agriculture sector has been extended to 30/09/2022.

Furthermore, all other directives mentioned in the aforementioned circular shall remain unchanged.

This directive shall take immediate effect.
