Notice on the Annual Automobile Insurance Experience Questionnaire in Québec
The Autorité des marchés financiers requires all licensed damage insurers in Québec to submit their annual automobile insurance experience data through a standardized Excel questionnaire. Insurers must file the completed documents electronically via the Système de transmission des fichiers no later than January 23, 2015. This statutory submission provides the regulatory authority with essential data for analyzing insurance rates and verifying rate manual compliance.
