Notice Relating to Filing Interim Returns and Documents for Québec Life and Health Insurers – Six Months Ending June 30, 2026
The Autorité des marchés financiers requires authorized Québec life and health insurers to electronically file interim returns, capital adequacy reports, and compliance attestations for the six months ending June 30, 2026. Submissions must be completed via AMF E-Services within forty-five days of the semester end, with signed PDF versions retained at the insurer’s premises for examination. Failure to submit complete and timely documents or refusal to provide access may result in monetary administrative penalties under the Insurers Act.
