Regulations regarding amendments to Finansinspektionen’s Regulations concerning the obligation to submit information of trading in certain financial instruments by electronic means (FFFS 2007:18)
Finansinspektionen issued these regulations to amend the reporting obligations for trading in certain financial instruments by electronic means. The amendments specify that the rules apply to participants in regulated markets and entities conducting securities activities under the Securities Market Act. These regulations entered into force on 1 November 2007.
