Regulations regarding amendments to Finansinspektionen’s Regulations concerning the obligation to submit information of trading in certain financial instruments by electronic means (FFFS 2007:18)

Finansinspektionen prescribes the following pursuant to section 2, subsection 4 of the Insider Ordinance (2000:1101) and Chapter 6, section 1, subsection 61 of the Securities Market Ordinance (2007:572) regarding Finansinspektionen’s Regulations concerning the obligation to submit information of trading in certain financial instruments by electronic means (FFFS 2002:11) that section 2 shall have the following wording: Section 2 These regulations apply for the following companies:

1. participants in trading on a regulated market pursuant to Chapter 14 of the Securities Market Act (2007:528), and
2. those who conduct securities activities pursuant to Chapter 2, section 1, Chapter 4, section 1 or Chapter 4, section 4 of the Securities Market Act. For such transactions as set forth in Chapter 10, section 1 of the Securities Market Act and which refer to financial instruments which are admitted to trading on a regulated market, Chapter 23 of Finansinspektionen’s Regulations governing investment services and activities (FFFS 2007:16) applies.
