Agreement Announcing Work Suspension Days for 2025 and Some of 2026 at the Casa de Moneda de Mexico

The Casa de Moneda de Mexico establishes that work will be suspended on Saturdays, Sundays, and specific holidays during 2025 and into 2026, including periods in April, July-August, and December, as well as specific dates in May, September, November, and January. These designated days are computed as non-working days for all legal purposes under the Federal Administrative Procedures Law. The agreement entered into force the day after its publication in the Official Journal of the Federation on December 31, 2024.

AGREEMENT ANNOUNCING THE WORK SUSPENSION DAYS

CORRESPONDING TO THE YEAR 2025 AND SOME OF 2026 OF THE CASA DE MONEDA DE MEXICO.

Marcial Luján Bravo, General Director of the Casa de Moneda de Mexico, based on articles

22, 59 sections I and V of the Federal Law of Para-State Entities; 11 sections II, VI and X of the Law of

the Casa de Moneda de Mexico; 29 and 30 of the Federal Law of Workers Serving the State; 14 of the

Organic Statute of the Casa de Moneda de Mexico; as well as 28 of the Federal Law of Administrative

Procedure, and

CONSIDERING

That legally considered non-working days include, among others, those days on which work is suspended, and

that this must be made known to the public through an agreement that must be published in the

Official Journal of the Federation, I have deemed it appropriate to issue the following:

Agreement announcing the work suspension days corresponding to

the year 2025 and some of

2026 of the Casa de Moneda de Mexico.

First. - During the year 2025, the Casa de Moneda de Mexico will suspend work on Saturdays and

Sundays, as well as on the following days:

  • From Monday, April 14 to Friday, April 18, 2025;

  • May 1, 2025;

  • From Monday, July 21 to Friday, August 1, 2025;

  • September 16, 2025;

  • November 17, 2025;

  • December 25, 2025,

  • January 1, 2026.

  • From Monday, December 22, 2025 to Tuesday, January 6, 2026.

Second. - The days indicated in the previous article, as well as those established in article 28 of

the Federal Law of Administrative Procedure, shall be computed as non-working days for all purposes

as applicable, in accordance with the Federal Law of Administrative Procedure.

TRANSITORY PROVISIONS

Sole. - This agreement shall enter into force the day after its publication in the Official Journal of

the Federation.
