Work operations at the Mexican Mint are suspended on Saturdays, Sundays, and specific dates throughout 2024 and early 2025, including March 25-29, May 1, September 16, November 18, December 25, 2024, and January 1, 2025, along with vacation periods from July 15-26, 2024, and December 23, 2024 to January 7, 2025. These dates are computed as non-business days for all legal effects under the Federal Law of Administrative Procedure. The agreement enters into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.

AGREEMENT by which the Mexican Mint announces the days of the year 2024 and some of 2025 on which work will be suspended, as well as other non-business days

AGREEMENT BY WHICH THE MEXICAN MINT ANNOUNCES THE DAYS OF THE YEAR 2024 AND SOME OF 2025 ON WHICH WORK WILL BE SUSPENDED, AS WELL AS OTHER NON-BUSINESS DAYS
Marcial Luján Bravo, Director General of the Mexican Mint, based on articles 22, 59 sections I and V, of the Federal Law of Parastatal Entities; 11 sections II, VI and X, of the Law of the Mexican Mint; 29 and 30 of the Federal Law of Workers in the Service of the State; 15 of the Organic Statute of the Mexican Mint; as well as, 28 of the Federal Law of Administrative Procedure, and
CONSIDERING
That legally non-business days are considered, among others, those days on which work is suspended, and that this must be made public knowledge by means of an agreement that must be published in the Official Gazette of the Federation, I have seen fit to issue the following:
Agreement by which the Mexican Mint announces the days of the year 2024 and some of 2025 on which work will be suspended, as well as other non-business days
First.- During the year 2024, the Mexican Mint will suspend work on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as on the days indicated below; and in the vacation periods indicated:
From Monday 25 of March to Friday 29 of March of 2024; 1st of May; 16 of September; 18 of November; 25 of December of 2024, and 1st of January of 2025.
From Monday 15 to Friday 26 of July of 2024, and
From Monday 23 of December of 2024 to Tuesday 07 of January of 2025.
Second.- The days indicated in the previous article, as well as those established in article 28 of the Federal Law of Administrative Procedure, shall be computed as non-business days for all legal effects that may arise, in terms of the Federal Law of Administrative Procedure.
TRANSITORY PROVISIONS
Sole.- This agreement shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
