AGREEMENT COMMUNICATING THE DAYS ON WHICH THE NATIONAL BANKING AND SECURITIES COMMISSION WILL SUSPEND OPERATIONS FOR OFFICIAL PROCEEDINGS

AGREEMENT COMMUNICATING THE DAYS ON WHICH THE NATIONAL BANKING AND SECURITIES COMMISSION WILL SUSPEND OPERATIONS FOR OFFICIAL PROCEEDINGS

TO THE AUTHORITIES, ENTITIES, AND PERSONS SUBJECT TO THE SUPERVISION OF THIS COMMISSION AND TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC

Based on Article 16, Section I of the Law of the National Banking and Securities Commission, and in terms of what is provided by Article 4 of the Federal Administrative Procedure Law and other applicable legal provisions, as well as in numeral 76, Section IV of the Provisions in the areas of Human Resources and Career Professional Service, contained in Article Third of the Agreement by which the Provisions in the area of Planning, Organization and Administration of Human Resources are issued, and the Administrative Manual of General Application is issued in said area, published in the Official Journal of the Federation on July 12, 2010 and reformed through Agreements published in the same Dissemination Organ on August 29, 2011, September 6, 2012, August 23, 2013 and February 4, 2016, respectively, the following is communicated:

SINGLE.- That in accordance with the respective legal provisions, the operations of the National Banking and Securities Commission are suspended from the twenty-first day of December two thousand sixteen, until the third day of January two thousand seventeen, considering the mentioned days as non-working days for the purposes of the proceedings or actions of the procedures that are being processed or should be processed in this Commission, resuming operations on Wednesday, January four, two thousand seventeen.
