AGREEMENT COMMUNICATING THE DAYS ON WHICH THE NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR THE RETIREMENT SAVINGS SYSTEM WILL SUSPEND THE CALCULATION OF DEADLINES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DILIGENCES, ACTIONS, OR EXPIRATIONS

AGREEMENT COMMUNICATING THE DAYS ON WHICH THE NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR THE RETIREMENT SAVINGS SYSTEM WILL SUSPEND THE CALCULATION OF DEADLINES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DILIGENCES, ACTIONS, OR EXPIRATIONS

The President of the National Commission for the Retirement Savings System, based on the provisions of Articles 1, 2, 5 (sections I, II, and XVI), 12 (sections I, II, VIII, and XVI), 18, 58, 90 (sections I, XI, and XIII), and 94 of the Law on Retirement Savings Systems; Articles 103, 104, 105, and 106 of the Law on the Security and Social Services Institute for State Workers; Articles 1 and 2 (section I) of the Regulations of the Law on Retirement Savings Systems; and Articles 1, 2 (section III), 8 (first paragraph), 34, and 35 of the Internal Regulations of the National Commission for the Retirement Savings System, has deemed it appropriate to issue the following:

AGREEMENT COMMUNICATING THE DAYS ON WHICH THE NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR THE RETIREMENT SAVINGS SYSTEM WILL SUSPEND THE CALCULATION OF DEADLINES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DILIGENCES, ACTIONS, OR EXPIRATIONS

SINGLE PROVISION.- As a result of the earthquake that occurred on September 19, 2017, it is communicated that the personnel of this decentralized body continue to carry out their work in a habitual manner.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in order to avoid affecting Retirement Fund Administrators, Specialized Investment Societies for Retirement Funds, Companies Operating the National SAR Database, and other persons subject to the supervision of the National Commission for the Retirement Savings System, for the purposes of the diligences, actions, or expirations of the procedures being processed or to be processed before it, and in accordance with the respective legal provisions, the days from September 19 to September 21 of the same year are considered non-working days.
