AGREEMENT COMMUNICATING THE DAYS ON WHICH THE NATIONAL BANKING AND SECURITIES COMMISSION WILL SUSPEND OPERATIONS FOR THE PURPOSE OF OFFICIAL PROCEEDINGS OR ACTIONS

At the margin, a seal with the National Coat of Arms, which reads: United Mexican States.- Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.- National Banking and Securities Commission.

AGREEMENT COMMUNICATING THE DAYS ON WHICH THE NATIONAL BANKING AND SECURITIES COMMISSION WILL SUSPEND OPERATIONS FOR THE PURPOSE OF OFFICIAL PROCEEDINGS OR ACTIONS

TO THE AUTHORITIES, ENTITIES, AND PERSONS SUBJECT TO THE SUPERVISION OF THIS COMMISSION AND TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC

Based on Article 16, Section I of the Law of the National Banking and Securities Commission, and in terms of what is provided for in Article 4 of the Federal Administrative Procedure Law and other applicable legal provisions, as well as in Section 76, Section IV of the Provisions in the areas of Human Resources and Career Professional Service, contained in Article Third of the Agreement by which the Provisions in the areas of Human Resources and Career Professional Service are issued, as well as the General Administrative Manual in the area of Human Resources and Organization and the Manual of the Career Professional Service, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on July 12, 2010, and reformed through Agreements published in the same Dissemination Organ on August 29, 2011, September 6, 2012, August 23, 2013, February 4, 2016, and April 6, 2017, respectively, the following is communicated:

SOLE.- That in accordance with the respective legal provisions, the operations of the National Banking and Securities Commission are suspended from the twenty-first of December two thousand seventeen, until the fifth of January two thousand eighteen, considering the mentioned days as non-working for the purposes of the diligences or actions of the procedures that are being processed or should be processed in this Commission, with operations resuming on Monday, January eight, two thousand eighteen.
