Agreement Disclosing the Report on Federally Participable Revenue and Federal Participations for June 2025 and the Adjustment of Participations for the First Four Months of 2025

The Agreement of the Secretary of Finance and Public Credit discloses the federally participable revenue collected in May 2025 and the resulting federal revenue participations for June 2025, along with the calculation procedures for these amounts. It also details the integration and distribution of various federal funds, including the General Participation Fund, Municipal Development Fund, and Hydrocarbon Extraction Fund, for June 2025 and the first four-month adjustment period of 2025. AGREEMENT BY WHICH THE REPORT ON FEDERALLY PARTICIPABLE REVENUE AND FEDERAL PARTICIPATIONS, AS WELL AS THE CALCULATION PROCEDURES, FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE 2025 AND FOR THE ADJUSTMENT OF PARTICIPATIONS OF THE FIRST FOUR MONTHS OF 2025 IS MADE KNOWN.

articles 31 of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; 26 of the Law of the Tax Administration Service, and 3, 6 and 11, fraction XX of the Internal Regulations of the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit, and

CONSIDERING

·

The integration of the federally participable revenue of the month of May 2025, with which the participations in federal revenues of the month of June 2025 were calculated, as well as the corresponding one for the period from January to

April 2025, with which the differences of the first four-month adjustment of said exercise were calculated, in

conformity with articles 2nd., 2nd.-A, 3rd.-A,

4th.-A, 4th.-B and 7th. of the Fiscal Coordination Law, for the concept

of the General Participation Fund; the Municipal Development Fund; the Hydrocarbon Extraction Fund;

the Compensation Fund; the specific participations in the special tax on

production and services; of 0.136% of the federally participable revenue corresponding to the municipalities

bordering the border or the coasts where merchandise physically enters or leaves the country that is

imported or exported, and of the transfer of the Mexican Oil Fund for Stabilization and Development, to

the municipalities bordering the border or coasts through which the exit of the country of the

hydrocarbons is physically carried out.

The determination of the participation coefficients of the first, second and third parts of the growth of the

General Participation Fund; the Municipal Development Fund; the Hydrocarbon Extraction Fund;

the Compensation Fund; the specific participations of the special tax on production and services;

of 0.136% of the federally participable revenue corresponding to the municipalities bordering the border or the

coasts where merchandise physically enters or leaves the country that is imported or exported, and of the

transfer of the Mexican Oil Fund for Stabilization and Development, to the municipalities bordering

the border or coasts through which the exit of the country of the hydrocarbons is physically carried out, with which

the distribution of the participations of June 2025 and of the first four-month adjustment of 2025 was carried out, in

conformity with articles 2nd., 2nd.-A, 3rd.-A, 4th.-A, 4th.-B, 5th. and 7th. of the Fiscal Coordination Law, and

AGREEMENT

First.- In compliance with the obligation contained in article 26 of the Law of the Tax Administration Service,

in the tables listed below, the federally participable revenue of May 2025 is disclosed, the participations in federal revenues for the month of June 2025, as well as the procedure followed in the

determination and integration of the same, by federal entities and, if applicable, by municipalities. The figures

corresponding to the month of June 2025 do not include deductions derived from financial commitments contracted by the

federal entities.
