The Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit publishes the federally participable revenue collected in June 2026 and the resulting federal revenue participations for July 2026, along with the calculation procedures for the General Participation Fund, Municipal Development Fund, Hydrocarbon Extraction Fund, Compensation Fund, specific excise tax participations, and the Oversight and Revenue Fund for the second quarter of 2026. The document provides detailed tables and coefficients for the distribution of these funds to the federative entities and municipalities, noting that the July 2026 figures do not include deductions for financial commitments contracted by the entities.

AGREEMENT BY WHICH THE REPORT ON FEDERALLY PARTICIPABLE REVENUE AND FEDERAL PARTICIPATIONS, AS WELL AS THE CALCULATION PROCEDURES, FOR THE MONTH OF JULY 2026 AND THE PARTICIPATIONS OF THE OVERSIGHT AND REVENUE FUND OF THE SECOND QUARTER OF 2026 ARE MADE KNOWN.

CONSIDERING
·
The integration of the federally participable revenue of the month of June 2026, with which the participations in federal revenues of the month of July 2026 were calculated, in accordance with articles 2o., 2o.-A, 3o.-A, 4o.-A, 4o.-B and 7o. of the Fiscal Coordination Law, for the concept of the General Participation Fund; the Municipal Development Fund; the Hydrocarbon Extraction Fund; the Compensation Fund; the specific participations in the special tax on production and services; the 0.136% of the federally participable revenue corresponding to the municipalities bordering the frontier or the coasts through which goods that are imported or exported physically enter or leave the country, and the transfer of the Mexican Petroleum Fund for Stabilization and Development, to the municipalities bordering the frontier or coasts through which the country's hydrocarbons are physically exported, as well as the corresponding to the period from January to June 2026, with which the participations of the Oversight and Revenue Fund were calculated, corresponding to the second quarter of 2026, in accordance with article 4o. of the Fiscal Coordination Law;

The determination of the participation coefficients of the first, second and third parts of the growth of the General Participation Fund; the Municipal Development Fund; the Hydrocarbon Extraction Fund; the Compensation Fund; the specific participations of the special tax on production and services; the 0.136% of the federally participable revenue corresponding to the municipalities bordering the frontier or the coasts through which goods that are imported or exported physically enter or leave the country, and the transfer of the Mexican Petroleum Fund for Stabilization and Development, to the municipalities bordering the frontier or coasts through which the country's hydrocarbons are physically exported, with which the distribution of the participations of July 2026 was carried out in accordance with articles 2o., 2o.-A, 3o.-A, 4o.-A, 4o.-B, 5o. and 7o. of the Fiscal Coordination Law;

The calculation of the participation coefficients of the first, second, third and fourth parts of the growth of the Oversight and Revenue Fund, with which the distribution of the participations of the Oversight and Revenue Fund, corresponding to the second quarter of 2026, was carried out, in accordance with article 4o. of the Fiscal Coordination Law, and

The distribution and integration of the General Participation Fund; the Municipal Development Fund; the Hydrocarbon Extraction Fund; the Compensation Fund; the specific participations of the special tax on production and services; the participations of the 0.136% of the federally participable revenue corresponding to the municipalities bordering the frontier or the coasts through which goods that are imported or exported physically enter or leave the country of the month of July 2026; and the calculation of the transfer of the Mexican Petroleum Fund for Stabilization and Development, to the municipalities bordering the frontier or coasts through which the country's hydrocarbons are physically exported, of the month of July 2026 in accordance with articles 2o., 2o.-A, 3o.-A, 4o.-A, 4o.-B, 5o. and 7o. of the Fiscal Coordination Law, as well as the calculation of the participations of the Oversight and Revenue Fund, corresponding to the second quarter of 2026, in accordance with article 4o. of the Fiscal Coordination Law.
AGREEMENT
First.- In compliance with the obligation contained in article 26 of the Law of the Tax Administration Service, in the tables listed below, the federally participable revenue of June 2026, the participations in federal revenues for the month of July 2026, as well as the procedure followed in the determination and integration of the same, by federative entities and, where applicable, by municipalities, are made known. The figures corresponding to the month of July 2026 do not include deductions derived from financial commitments contracted by the federative entities.
