Agreement Disclosing the Report on Participable Federal Revenue and Federal Participations, as well as Calculation Procedures, for March 2025

The Agreement of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit discloses the participable federal revenue for February 2025 and the federal revenue participations for March 2025, along with the calculation procedures for various funds including the General Participation Fund, Municipal Development Fund, and Hydrocarbon Extraction Fund. AGREEMENT 51/2025

AGREEMENT BY WHICH THE REPORT ON PARTICIPABLE FEDERAL REVENUE AND FEDERAL PARTICIPATIONS, AS WELL AS THE CALCULATION PROCEDURES, FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH 2025 IS MADE KNOWN.

ÉDGAR ABRAHAM AMADOR ZAMORA, Secretary of Finance and Public Credit, based on the provisions of articles 31 of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; 26 of the Law of the Tax Administration Service, and 3, 6 and 11, fraction XX of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, and

CONSIDERING

·

The integration of the participable federal revenue of the month of February 2025, with which the participations in federal revenues for the month of March 2025 were calculated, in accordance with articles 2nd, 2nd-A, 3rd-A,

4th-A, 4th-B and 7th of the Fiscal Coordination Law, for the concept of the General Participation Fund; the Municipal Development Fund; the Hydrocarbon Extraction Fund; the Compensation Fund; the specific participations in the special tax on production and services; the 0.136% of the participable federal revenue corresponding to municipalities bordering the border or the coasts where goods entering or leaving the country that are imported or exported physically enter or exit, and the transfer of the Mexican Oil Fund for Stabilization and Development, to municipalities bordering the border or coasts through which the country's hydrocarbons are physically exported;

The determination of the participation coefficients of the first, second and third parts of the growth of the General Participation Fund; the Municipal Development Fund; the Hydrocarbon Extraction Fund; the Compensation Fund; the specific participations in the special tax on production and services; the 0.136% of the participable federal revenue corresponding to municipalities bordering the border or the coasts where goods entering or leaving the country that are imported or exported physically enter or exit, and the transfer of the Mexican Oil Fund for Stabilization and Development, to municipalities bordering the border or coasts through which the country's hydrocarbons are physically exported, with which the distribution of the participations of March 2025 was carried out, in accordance with articles 2nd, 2nd-A, 3rd-A, 4th-A, 4th-B, 5th and 7th of the Fiscal Coordination Law, and

AGREEMENT

First.-

In compliance with the obligation contained in article 26 of the Tax Administration Service Law, in the tables listed below, the participable federal revenue of February 2025, the participations in federal revenues for the month of March 2025, as well as the procedure followed in the determination and integration of the same, by federal entities and, where applicable, by municipalities, are made known. The figures corresponding to the month of March 2025 do not include deductions derived from financial commitments contracted by the federal entities.
