AGREEMENT granting customs broker patent number 1902, in favor of Mr.

At the margin, a seal with the National Emblem, which reads: United Mexican States.- TREASURY.- Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.- National Customs Agency of Mexico.- General Legal Directorate of Customs.- No. 3561.

Subject: Agreement granting customs broker patent.

Having seen the resolution contained in letter number 3099 dated June 12, 2024, by which the issuance of the customs broker patent through Call for Applications is ordered, in favor of Mr. ELEUTERIO DIAZ SOLANO , based on what is provided by articles 1, 8, 14, 16, and 90 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; 1, 2, fraction I, 17, 18, 26 and 31, fractions XI and XII of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; 4, Section G, fraction VI, 48 and 49 of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit in force; first paragraph of article 1, 2, fractions II and XXI, 35, 36, 36-A, 54, first paragraph, 59-A, 159,

160, 161, 162, 163, 164, 165, 166 and 167 of the Customs Law; 1, 51, fractions I and II of the current Federal Rights Law; first paragraph and last, 5, 12, 18, 18-A, 19, 32-D, 33 last paragraph, 38, 63 first and last paragraph, 135 of the Federal Tax Code; 13 of the Regulations of the Tax Code; 1, 3, fraction XVI, 4 first paragraph, Section B, fraction V, 8 first paragraph, 12 second paragraph, 13 fractions VIII, XXIV and LXV,

25 first paragraph, fraction XXIII, XXVII, First, Third, Seventh and Eighth Transitory Articles of the Internal Regulations of the National Customs Agency of Mexico, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 21, 2021, and its modification published in the same Official Dissemination Organ on May 24, 2022; Rule 1.2.2., of the General Rules of Foreign Trade for 2023 and their corresponding rules for 2024, as well as what is stated in Procedure Instruction 40/LA titled "Application for the issuance of the 'Agreement granting customs broker patent'" ,

contained in Annex 2 of the Rules for

2023 and their corresponding rules for 2024; since the fiscal domicile of the interested party is located within national territory, this General Legal Directorate of Customs of the National Customs Agency of Mexico proceeds to issue the following:

AGREEMENT

First. - In compliance with the requirements foreseen in article 159 of the current Customs Law and those established in the BASES, PHASES AND OTHER PROVISIONS indicated in CHAPTERS I, II and III of the Call for Applications to obtain customs broker patent, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on June 22, 2023 and what is stated in numeral 10 of the AGREEMENT of Resumption of the aforementioned Call, published in the same official dissemination medium, on November 20, 2023, harmonized with what is provided in article 159 of the Customs Law, the "Agreement granting customs broker patent" is issued in favor of Mr. ELEUTERIO DIAZ SOLANO , having met the legal requirements for obtaining the Agreement granting customs broker patent through Call for Applications.

Second. - In view of the above, customs broker patent number 1902 is granted in favor of Mr.

ELEUTERIO DIAZ SOLANO , to exercise functions with such status before the Monterrey Customs Office , as the assigned customs office.

Third. - An attentive letter shall be sent to the Head of the assigned customs office authorized for the customs broker to exercise functions with such status, for his knowledge and corresponding effects.

Fourth. - Notice of this Agreement shall be given to Mr. ELEUTERIO DIAZ SOLANO .
