The Agreement General Directorate of Customs of the National Customs Agency of Mexico grants Customs Broker Patent No. 1920 to Lorenza Gabrielle González Cigarroa Mejía, authorizing her to exercise functions as a customs broker before the Nuevo Laredo Customs as her assigned customs office. This authorization is issued following the fulfillment of legal requirements under the Customs Law and the Call for Applications published in 2023.

Subject: Agreement granting Customs Broker Patent.
Having seen the resolution contained in official document number 3117 dated June 12, 2024, by which the issuance of the customs broker patent by Call for Applications is ordered in favor of C. LORENZA GABRIELLE GONZÁLEZ CIGARROA MEJÍA, based on the provisions of Articles 1, 8, 14, 16, and 90 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; Articles 1, 2, fraction I, 17, 18, 26, and 31, fractions XI and XII of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; Articles 4, Section G, fraction VI, 48, and 49 of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit in force; Article 1, first paragraph, 2, fractions II and XXI, 35, 36, 36-A, 54, first paragraph, 59-A, 159, 160, 161, 162, 163, 164, 165, 166, and 167 of the Customs Law; Article 1, 51, fractions I and II of the Federal Rights Law in force; Articles 1, first paragraph and last, 5, 12, 18, 18-A, 19, 32-D, 33, last paragraph, 38, 63, first and last paragraphs, and 135 of the Federal Tax Code; Article 13 of the Federal Tax Code Regulations; Articles 1, 3, fraction XVI, 4, first paragraph, Section B, fraction V, 8, first paragraph, 12, second paragraph, 13, fractions VIII, XXIV, and LXV, 25, first paragraph, fraction XXIII, XXVII, and Transitory Articles First, Third, Seventh, and Eighth of the Internal Regulations of the National Customs Agency of Mexico, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 21, 2021, and its modification published in the same Official Gazette on May 24, 2022; Rule 1.2.2., of the General Rules of Foreign Trade for 2023 and their correlative rules for 2024; as well as what is stated in Processing Instruction 40/LA titled "Application for the issuance of the 'Agreement granting Customs Broker Patent'", contained in Annex 2 of the Rules for 2023 and their correlative rules for 2024; since the fiscal address of the interested party is located within the national territory, this General Legal Directorate of Customs of the National Customs Agency of Mexico proceeds to issue the following:
AGREEMENT
First. - In compliance with the requirements provided for in Article 159 of the current Customs Law and those established in the BASES, PHASES, and OTHER PROVISIONS indicated in CHAPTERS I, II, and III of the Call for Applications to obtain a customs broker patent, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on June 22, 2023, and what is stated in numeral 10 of the AGREEMENT for the Resumption of the aforementioned Call, published in the same official dissemination medium on November 20, 2023, harmonized with the provisions of Article 159 of the Customs Law, the "Agreement granting Customs Broker Patent" is issued in favor of C. LORENZA GABRIELLE GONZÁLEZ CIGARROA MEJÍA, having met the legal requirements for obtaining the Agreement granting Customs Broker Patent by Call for Applications.
Second. - In view of the foregoing, Customs Broker Patent No. 1920 is granted in favor of C. LORENZA GABRIELLE GONZÁLEZ CIGARROA MEJÍA, to exercise functions with such status before the Nuevo Laredo Customs, as the assigned customs office.
Third. - An official letter is sent to the Head of the assigned customs office authorized for the customs broker to exercise functions with such status, for their knowledge and corresponding effects.
Fourth. - This Agreement is notified to C. LORENZA GABRIELLE GONZÁLEZ CIGARROA MEJÍA.
