AGREEMENT granting customs broker patent number 1889 in favor of Mr.

Aside a seal with the National Coat of Arms, which reads: United Mexican States.- TREASURY.- Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.- National Customs Agency of Mexico.- General Legal Directorate of Customs.- No. 3548.

Subject: Agreement granting customs broker patent.

Having seen the resolution contained in official letter number 3086 dated June 12, 2024, by which the issuance of the customs broker patent by Call for Applications is ordered in favor of Mr. ALBERTO RUIZ RIOJA, based on the provisions of Articles 1, 8, 14, 16, and 90 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; Articles 1, 2, fraction I, 17, 18, 26, and 31, fractions XI and XII of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; Articles 4, Section G, fraction VI, 48, and 49 of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit in force; Article 1, first paragraph, 2, fractions II and XXI, 35, 36, 36-A, 54, first paragraph, 59-A, 159, 160, 161, 162, 163, 164, 165, 166, and 167 of the Customs Law; Articles 1, 51, fractions I and II of the Federal Rights Law in force; Articles 1, first paragraph and last, 5, 12, 18, 18-A, 19, 32-D, 33 last paragraph, 38, 63 first and last paragraph, 135 of the Federal Tax Code; Article 13 of the Tax Code Regulations; Articles 1, 3, fraction XVI, 4 first paragraph, Section B, fraction V, 8 first paragraph, 12 second paragraph, 13 fractions VIII, XXIV, and LXV, 25 first paragraph, fractions XXIII, XXVII, and Transitory Articles First, Third, Seventh, and Eighth of the Internal Regulations of the National Customs Agency of Mexico, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 21, 2021, and its modification published in the same Official Dissemination Organ on May 24, 2022; Rule 1.2.2. of the General Rules of Foreign Trade for 2023 and its correlative rules for 2024, as well as what is stated in the Processing Instruction 40/LA titled "Application for the issuance of the 'Agreement granting customs broker patent'", contained in Annex 2 of the Rules for 2023 and its correlative rules for 2024; since the fiscal domicile of the interested party is located within national territory, this General Legal Directorate of Customs of the National Customs Agency of Mexico proceeds to issue the following:

AGREEMENT

First. - In compliance with the requirements provided for in Article 159 of the current Customs Law and those established in the BASES, PHASES, AND OTHER PROVISIONS indicated in CHAPTERS I, II, and III of the Call for Applications to obtain a customs broker patent, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on June 22, 2023, and what is stated in item 10 of the AGREEMENT on Resumption of the aforementioned Call, published in the same official dissemination medium on November 20, 2023, harmonized with the provisions of Article 159 of the Customs Law, the "Agreement granting customs broker patent" is issued in favor of Mr. ALBERTO RUIZ RIOJA, having met the legal requirements for obtaining the Agreement granting customs broker patent by Call for Applications.

Second. - In view of the above, customs broker patent number 1889 is granted in favor of Mr. ALBERTO RUIZ RIOJA, to exercise functions with such status before the Progreso Customs Office, as the assigned customs office.

Third. - An official letter is sent to the Head of the authorized assigned customs office of the customs broker to exercise functions with such status, for his knowledge and corresponding effects.

Fourth. - This Agreement is notified to Mr. ALBERTO RUIZ RIOJA.
