The Agreement General Directorate of Customs of the National Customs Agency grants Customs Broker Patent Number 1900 to Domingo Villar Monroy, authorizing him to exercise functions as a customs broker before the Monterrey Customs as his assigned customs office. This authorization is issued following the resolution of official document number 3097 dated June 12, 2024, and confirms that the applicant has met all legal requirements established in the Call for Applications published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on June 22, 2023.

Subject: Agreement granting customs broker patent.
Having seen the resolution contained in official document number 3097 dated June 12, 2024, by which the issuance of the customs broker patent through Call for Applications is ordered, in favor of Mr. DOMINGO VILLAR MONROY, based on the provisions of Articles 1, 8, 14, 16, and 90 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; Articles 1, 2, paragraph I, 17, 18, 26, and 31, paragraphs XI and XII of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; Articles 4, Section G, paragraph VI, 48, and 49 of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit in force; Article 1, first paragraph, 2, paragraphs II and XXI, 35, 36, 36-A, 54, first paragraph, 59-A, 159, 160, 161, 162, 163, 164, 165, 166, and 167 of the Customs Law; Articles 1, 51, paragraphs I and II of the Federal Fees Law in force; Articles 1, first paragraph and last, 5, 12, 18, 18-A, 19, 32-D, 33, last paragraph, 38, 63, first and last paragraphs, 135 of the Federal Tax Code; Article 13 of the Tax Code Regulations; Articles 1, 3, paragraph XVI, 4, first paragraph, Section B, paragraph V, 8, first paragraph, 12, second paragraph, 13, paragraphs VIII, XXIV, and LXV, 25, first paragraph, paragraphs XXIII and XXVII, and Transitory Articles First, Third, Seventh, and Eighth of the Internal Regulations of the National Customs Agency of Mexico, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 21, 2021, and its modification published in the same Official Dissemination Organ on May 24, 2022; Rule 1.2.2., of the General Rules of Foreign Trade for 2023 and its correlative rules for 2024, as well as what is stated in Processing Instruction 40/LA titled "Application for the issuance of the 'Agreement granting customs broker patent'", contained in Annex 2 of the Rules for 2023 and its correlative rules for 2024; since the fiscal address of the interested party is located within the national territory, this General Directorate of Customs Legal Affairs of the National Customs Agency of Mexico proceeds to issue the following:
AGREEMENT
First. - In compliance with the requirements provided for in Article 159 of the current Customs Law and those established in the BASES, PHASES, AND OTHER PROVISIONS indicated in CHAPTERS I, II, and III of the Call for Applications to obtain a customs broker patent, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on June 22, 2023, and what is stated in numeral 10 of the AGREEMENT on Resumption of the aforementioned Call, published in the same official dissemination medium on November 20, 2023, harmonized with the provisions of Article 159 of the Customs Law, the "Agreement granting customs broker patent" is issued in favor of Mr. DOMINGO VILLAR MONROY, having met the legal requirements for obtaining the Agreement granting customs broker patent through Call for Applications.
Second. - In view of the foregoing, customs broker patent number 1900 is granted to Mr. DOMINGO VILLAR MONROY, to exercise functions with such status before the Monterrey Customs, as his assigned customs office.
Third. - An attentive official letter shall be sent to the Head of the authorized assigned customs office of the customs broker to exercise functions with such status, for his knowledge and corresponding effects.
Fourth. - This Agreement shall be notified to Mr. DOMINGO VILLAR MONROY.
