Agreement Granting Customs Broker Patent Number 1903 to Emmanuel Alejandro García Preciado

The Agreement General Directorate of Customs of the National Customs Agency of Mexico grants Customs Broker Patent Number 1903 to Emmanuel Alejandro García Preciado. This patent authorizes him to exercise functions as a customs broker before the Customs of Colombia, designated as his home customs office. The grant is based on the fulfillment of legal requirements established in the Call for Applications published in June 2023 and its subsequent resumption.

AGREEMENT granting Customs Broker Patent Number 1903 in favor of Mr.

Subject: Agreement granting Customs Broker Patent.

Having seen the resolution contained in Official Letter Number 3100 dated June 12, 2024, by which the issuance of the Customs Broker Patent by Call is ordered in favor of Mr. EMMANUEL ALEJANDRO GARCÍA PRECIADO, based on the provisions of Articles 1, 8, 14, 16, and 90 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; Articles 1, 2, fraction I, 17, 18, 26, and 31, fractions XI and XII of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; Articles 4, Section G, fraction VI, 48, and 49 of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit in force; Articles 1, first paragraph, 2, fractions II and XXI, 35, 36, 36-A, 54, first paragraph, 59-A, 159, 160, 161, 162, 163, 164, 165, 166, and 167 of the Customs Law; Articles 1, 51, fractions I and II of the Federal Rights Law in force; Articles 1, first paragraph and last, 5, 12, 18, 18-A, 19, 32-D, 33 last paragraph, 38, 63 first and last paragraph, 135 of the Federal Tax Code; Article 13 of the Regulations of the Tax Code; Articles 1, 3, fraction XVI, 4 first paragraph, Section B, fraction V, 8 first paragraph, 12 second paragraph, 13 fractions VIII, XXIV, and LXV, 25 first paragraph, fractions XXIII and XXVII, First, Third, Seventh, and Eighth Transitory Articles of the Internal Regulations of the National Customs Agency of Mexico, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 21, 2021, and its modification published in the same Official Dissemination Organ on May 24, 2022; Rule 1.2.2., of the General Rules of Foreign Trade for 2023 and their correlative rules for 2024, as well as what is stated in Processing Instruction 40/LA entitled "Request for the issuance of the 'Agreement granting Customs Broker Patent'", contained in Annex 2 of the Rules for 2023 and their correlative rules for 2024; since the fiscal domicile of the interested party is located within the national territory, this General Directorate of Customs Legal Affairs of the National Customs Agency of Mexico proceeds to issue the following:

AGREEMENT

First. - In compliance with the requirements provided for in Article 159 of the current Customs Law and those established in the BASES, PHASES, and OTHER PROVISIONS indicated in CHAPTERS I, II, and III of the Call to obtain a Customs Broker Patent, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on June 22, 2023, and what is stated in numeral 10 of the AGREEMENT on the Resumption of the aforementioned Call, published in the same official dissemination medium on November 20, 2023, harmonized with the provisions of Article 159 of the Customs Law, the "Agreement granting Customs Broker Patent" is issued in favor of Mr. EMMANUEL ALEJANDRO GARCÍA PRECIADO, having met the legal requirements for obtaining the Agreement granting Customs Broker Patent by Call.

Second. - In view of the foregoing, Customs Broker Patent Number 1903 is granted in favor of Mr. EMMANUEL ALEJANDRO GARCÍA PRECIADO, to exercise functions with such character before the Customs of Colombia, as the home customs office.

Third. - An official letter is sent to the Head of the authorized home customs office of the customs broker to exercise functions with such character, for their knowledge and corresponding effects.

Fourth. - This Agreement is notified to Mr. EMMANUEL ALEJANDRO GARCÍA PRECIADO.
