AGREEMENT granting customs broker patent number 1908 to C.

At the margin, a seal with the National Coat of Arms, which reads: United Mexican States.- TREASURY.- Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.- National Customs Agency of Mexico.- General Legal Directorate of Customs.- No. 3567.

Subject: Agreement granting customs broker patent.

Having seen the resolution contained in official document number 3105 dated June 12, 2024, through which the issuance of the customs broker patent by Call for Applications is ordered in favor of C. IREV TORRES SOSA, based on the provisions of Articles 1, 8, 14, 16, and 90 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; Articles 1, 2, fraction I, 17, 18, 26, and 31, fractions XI and XII of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; Articles 4, Section G, fraction VI, 48, and 49 of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit in force; the first paragraph of Article 1, fractions II and XXI of Article 2, Articles 35, 36, 36-A, 54, first paragraph, 59-A, 159, 160, 161, 162, 163, 164, 165, 166, and 167 of the Customs Law; Articles 1, 51, fractions I and II of the Federal Rights Law in force; the first and last paragraphs of Article 1, Articles 5, 12, 18, 18-A, 19, 32-D, last paragraph of Article 33, first and last paragraphs of Article 63, and Article 135 of the Federal Tax Code; Article 13 of the Tax Code Regulations; Articles 1, 3, fraction XVI, first paragraph of Article 4, Section B, fraction V, first paragraph of Article 8, second paragraph of Article 12, fractions VIII, XXIV, and LXV of Article 13, first paragraph of Article 25, fractions XXIII and XXVII, and Transitory Articles First, Third, Seventh, and Eighth of the Internal Regulations of the National Customs Agency of Mexico, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 21, 2021, and its modification published in the same Official Dissemination Organ on May 24, 2022; Rule 1.2.2. of the General Rules of Foreign Trade for 2023 and its correlative rules for 2024, as well as what is stated in Processing Instruction 40/LA titled "Application for the issuance of the 'Agreement granting customs broker patent'", contained in Annex 2 of the Rules for 2023 and its correlative rules for 2024; since the fiscal address of the interested party is located within the national territory, this General Legal Directorate of Customs of the National Customs Agency of Mexico proceeds to issue the following:

AGREEMENT

First. - In compliance with the requirements provided for in Article 159 of the current Customs Law and those established in the BASES, PHASES, and OTHER PROVISIONS indicated in CHAPTERS I, II, and III of the Call for Applications to obtain a customs broker patent, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on June 22, 2023, and what is stated in numeral 10 of the AGREEMENT on Resumption of the aforementioned Call, published in the same official dissemination medium on November 20, 2023, harmonized with the provisions of Article 159 of the Customs Law, the "Agreement granting customs broker patent" is issued in favor of C. IREV TORRES SOSA, having met the legal requirements for obtaining the Agreement granting customs broker patent by Call for Applications.

Second. - In view of the above, customs broker patent number 1908 is granted to C. IREV TORRES SOSA, to exercise functions with such character before the Customs Office of the Felipe Ángeles International Airport, as the assigned customs office.

Third. - An attentive official letter is sent to the Head of the assigned customs office authorized for the customs broker to exercise functions with such character, for their knowledge and corresponding effects.

Fourth. - This Agreement is notified to C. IREV TORRES SOSA.
