AGREEMENT granting customs broker patent number 1932, in favor of Ms.

Subject: Agreement granting customs broker patent.

Having seen the resolution contained in official document number 3129 dated June 12, 2024, by which the issuance of the customs broker patent by Call is ordered, in favor of Ms. PAOLA ARMENDÁRIZ ALVARADO, based on the provisions of Articles 1, 8, 14, 16, and 90 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; Articles 1, 2, fraction I, 17, 18, 26, and 31, fractions XI and XII of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; Articles 4, Section G, fraction VI, 48, and 49 of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit in force; Article 1, first paragraph, 2, fractions II and XXI, 35, 36, 36-A, 54, first paragraph, 59-A, 159, 160, 161, 162, 163, 164, 165, 166, and 167 of the Customs Law; Articles 1, 51, fractions I and II of the Federal Rights Law in force; Articles 1, first and last paragraphs, 5, 12, 18, 18-A, 19, 32-D, 33, last paragraph, 38, 63, first and last paragraphs, and 135 of the Federal Tax Code; Article 13 of the Tax Code Regulations; Articles 1, 3, fraction XVI, 4, first paragraph, Section B, fraction V, 8, first paragraph, 12, second paragraph, 13, fractions VIII, XXIV, and LXV, 25, first paragraph, fraction XXIII, XXVII, First, Third, Seventh, and Eighth Transitory Articles of the Internal Regulations of the National Customs Agency of Mexico, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 21, 2021, and its modification published in the same Official Gazette on May 24, 2022; Rule 1.2.2. of the General Foreign Trade Rules for 2023 and their corresponding rules for 2024, as well as what is stated in the Processing Instruction 40/LA entitled "Application for the issuance of the 'Agreement granting customs broker patent'", contained in Annex 2 of the Rules for 2023 and their corresponding rules for 2024; since the fiscal address of the interested party is located within the national territory, this General Legal Directorate of Customs of the National Customs Agency of Mexico proceeds to issue the following:

AGREEMENT

First. - In compliance with the requirements provided for in Article 159 of the current Customs Law and those established in the BASES, PHASES, and OTHER PROVISIONS indicated in CHAPTERS I, II, and III of the Call to obtain a customs broker patent, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on June 22, 2023, and what is stated in item 10 of the AGREEMENT on Resumption of the aforementioned Call, published in the same official dissemination medium on November 20, 2023, harmonized with the provisions of Article 159 of the Customs Law, the "Agreement granting customs broker patent" is issued in favor of Ms. PAOLA ARMENDÁRIZ ALVARADO, having met the legal requirements for obtaining the Agreement granting customs broker patent by Call.

Second. - In view of the above, customs broker patent number 1932 is granted in favor of Ms. PAOLA ARMENDÁRIZ ALVARADO, to exercise functions with such character before the Felipe Ángeles International Airport Customs, as the assigned customs.

Third. - An official letter is sent to the Head of the assigned customs authorized for the customs broker to exercise functions with such character, for their knowledge and corresponding effects.

Fourth. - This Agreement is notified to Ms. PAOLA ARMENDÁRIZ ALVARADO.
