AGREEMENT granting customs broker patent number 1939, in favor of Ms.

At the margin, a seal with the National Emblem, which reads: United Mexican States.- TREASURY.- Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.- National Customs Agency of Mexico.- General Legal Directorate of Customs.- No. 3598.

Subject: Agreement on the granting of a Customs Broker Patent.

Having seen the resolution contained in official letter number 3136 dated June 12, 2024, by which the issuance of the customs broker patent through Call for Applications is ordered, in favor of Ms. DOLORES IRENE SILVA PÉREZ, based on what is provided by Articles 1, 8, 14, 16, and 90 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; Articles 1, 2, subsection I, 17, 18, 26, and 31, subsections XI and XII of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; Articles 4, Subsection G, subsection VI, 48, and 49 of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit in force; Article 1, first paragraph, 2, subsections II and XXI, 35, 36, 36-A, 54, first paragraph, 59-A, 159, 160, 161, 162, 163, 164, 165, 166, and 167 of the Customs Law; Articles 1, 51, subsections I and II of the Federal Rights Law in force; Articles 1, first paragraph and last, 5, 12, 18, 18-A, 19, 32-D, 33 last paragraph, 38, 63 first and last paragraph, 135 of the Fiscal Code of the Federation; Article 13 of the Regulations of the Fiscal Code; Articles 1, 3, subsection XVI, 4 first paragraph, Subsection B, subsection V, 8 first paragraph, 12 second paragraph, 13 subsections VIII, XXIV, and LXV, 25 first paragraph, subsections XXIII, XXVII, First, Third, Seventh, and Eighth Transitory Articles of the Internal Regulations of the National Customs Agency of Mexico, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 21, 2021, and its modification published in the same Official Dissemination Organ on May 24, 2022; Rule 1.2.2., of the General Rules of Foreign Trade for 2023 and their correlative rules for 2024, as well as what is stated in Processing Instruction 40/LA titled "Application for the issuance of the 'Agreement on the granting of a customs broker patent'", contained in Annex 2 of the Rules for 2023 and their correlative rules for 2024; since the fiscal domicile of the interested party is located within national territory, this General Legal Directorate of Customs of the National Customs Agency of Mexico proceeds to issue the following:

AGREEMENT

First. - In compliance with the requirements foreseen in Article 159 of the current Customs Law and those established in the BASES, PHASES, and OTHER PROVISIONS indicated in CHAPTERS I, II, and III of the Call for Applications to obtain a customs broker patent, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on June 22, 2023, and what is stated in numeral 10 of the AGREEMENT on Resumption of the aforementioned Call, published in the same official dissemination medium, on November 20, 2023, harmonized with what is provided in Article 159 of the Customs Law, the "Agreement on the granting of a customs broker patent" is issued in favor of Ms. DOLORES IRENE SILVA PÉREZ, having complied with the legal requirements for obtaining the Agreement on the granting of a customs broker patent through Call for Applications.

Second. - In view of the above, customs broker patent number 1939 is granted in favor of Ms. DOLORES IRENE SILVA PÉREZ, to exercise functions with such status before the Customs Office in Ciudad Reynosa, as the assigned customs office.

Third. - An official letter is sent to the Head of the authorized assigned customs office for the customs broker to exercise functions with such status, for their knowledge and corresponding effects.

Fourth. - Notice is given to Ms. DOLORES IRENE SILVA PÉREZ of this Agreement.
