Rule 1.2.2.,

of the General Rules of Foreign Trade

for 2023

and its correlative rules for 2024,

as well as what is stated in

the Processing Instruction 40/LA

denominated "Request for the issuance of the 'Agreement for granting customs broker patent'",

contained in Annex 2 of the

Rules for 2023

and its correlative rules for 2024;

since the tax domicile of the interested party

is located within

the national territory,

this General Juridical Directorate of Customs of the

National Customs Agency of Mexico,

proceeds to issue the following:

AGREEMENT

First.

In compliance with the requirements provided in

article 159 of the

Customs Law

in force and to those

established in the

BASES,

PHASES

and OTHER PROVISIONS

indicated in the

CHAPTERS I,

II and III of the

Call to obtain customs broker patent,

published in the

Official Journal of the Federation

on June 22, 2023

and to what is stated in

numeral 10 of the

AGREEMENT

of Resumption of the Call

mentioned above,

published in the same

official dissemination medium,

on November 20, 2023,

harmonized with what is provided in

article 159 of the

Customs Law,

the "Agreement for granting customs broker patent"

is issued

in favor of

Mr.

VÍCTOR HORACIO MURIS RODRÍGUEZ,

having complied with the

legal requirements for the

obtention of the

Agreement for granting customs broker patent

by Call.

Second.

In view of the above,

patent number 1941 of customs broker

is granted

in favor of

Mr.

VÍCTOR HORACIO MURIS RODRÍGUEZ,

to exercise functions

with such character

before the

Customs Office of the

Mexico City International Airport,

as the assigned customs office.

Third.

Send an attentive letter to the

Head of the assigned customs office

authorized to the customs broker

to exercise functions

with such character,

for your knowledge and

corresponding effects.

Fourth.

Notify

Mr.

VÍCTOR HORACIO MURIS RODRÍGUEZ,

this Agreement.
