since the

tax domicile of the interested party

is located within

the national territory,

this General Juridical Directorate

of Customs of the

National Customs Agency

of Mexico,

proceeds to issue

the following:

AGREEMENT

First.

In compliance with the requirements

provided for in

article 159

of the current Customs Law

and those established in

the BASES,

PHASES

and OTHER

PROVISIONS

indicated in

CHAPTERS I,

II

and III

of the Call

to obtain

customs broker patent,

published in the Official Gazette

of the Federation

on June 22

of 2023

and what is stated

in numeral 10

of the AGREEMENT

of Resumption of the Call

mentioned above,

published in the same

official dissemination medium,

on November 20

of 2023,

harmonized with

what is provided in

article 159

of the Customs Law,

the "Agreement for granting

customs broker patent"

is issued

in favor of

Ms.

YÉSSICA

VIANEY

VILLUENDAS

MENDOZA ,

having complied with

the legal requirements

for obtaining

the Agreement for granting

customs broker patent

by Call.

Second.

In view of the foregoing,

customs broker patent

number 1942

is granted

in favor of

Ms.

YÉSSICA

VIANEY

VILLUENDAS

MENDOZA ,

to exercise functions

with such character

before the

Felipe Ángeles International Airport

Customs ,

as the customs

of assignment.

Third.

Send an

attentive letter to

the Head of the

customs of assignment

authorized to the

customs broker

to exercise functions

with such character,

for his knowledge

and corresponding effects.

Fourth.

Notify
