Having reviewed the resolution contained in official document number 3140 dated June 12, 2024, by which the issuance of the Customs Broker Patent by Call is ordered in favor of Ms. ZULEMA IDALÍ ROBLES LOMELÍ, based on the provisions of Articles 1, 8, 14, 16, and 90 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; Articles 1, 2, paragraph I, 17, 18, 26, and 31, paragraphs XI and XII of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; Articles 4, Section G, paragraph VI, 48, and 49 of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit in force; Articles 1, first paragraph, 2, paragraphs II and XXI, 35, 36, 36-A, 54, first paragraph, 59-A, 159, 160, 161, 162, 163, 164, 165, 166, and 167 of the Customs Law; Articles 1, 51, paragraphs I and II of the Federal Rights Law in force; Articles 1, first and last paragraphs, 5, 12, 18, 18-A, 19, 32-D, 33, last paragraph, 38, 63, first and last paragraphs, and 135 of the Federal Tax Code; Article 13 of the Tax Code Regulations; Articles 1, 3, paragraph XVI, 4, first paragraph, Section B, paragraph V, 8, first paragraph, 12, second paragraph, 13, paragraphs VIII, XXIV, and LXV, 25, first paragraph, paragraph XXIII, XXVII, and Articles First, Third, Seventh, and Eighth Transitory of the Internal Regulations of the National Customs Agency of Mexico, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 21, 2021, and its modification published in the same Official Gazette on May 24, 2022; Rule 1.2.2. of the General Rules for Foreign Trade for 2023 and its corresponding rules for 2024; as well as what is stated in the Processing Instruction 40/LA titled "Agreement for the Granting of a Customs Broker Patent," contained in Annex 2 of the Rules for 2023 and its corresponding rules for 2024; since the fiscal domicile of the interested party is located within the national territory, this General Customs Legal Directorate of the National Customs Agency of Mexico proceeds to issue the following:

AGREEMENT

First. - In compliance with the requirements provided for in Article 159 of the current Customs Law and those established in the BASES, PHASES, and OTHER PROVISIONS indicated in CHAPTERS I, II, and III of the Call for Applications to obtain a customs broker patent, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on June 22, 2023, and what is stated in numeral 10 of the AGREEMENT for the Resumption of the aforementioned Call, published in the same official dissemination medium on November 20, 2023, harmonized with the provisions of Article 159 of the Customs Law, the "Agreement for the Granting of a Customs Broker Patent" is issued in favor of Ms. ZULEMA IDALÍ ROBLES LOMELÍ, having met the legal requirements for obtaining the Agreement for the Granting of a Customs Broker Patent by Call.

Second. - In view of the foregoing, Customs Broker Patent Number 1943 is granted in favor of Ms. ZULEMA IDALÍ ROBLES LOMELÍ, to exercise functions with such status before the Manzanillo Customs, as the assigned customs.

Third. - An official letter is to be sent to the Head of the authorized assigned customs for the customs broker to exercise functions with such status, for their knowledge and corresponding effects.

Fourth. - This Agreement is to be notified to Ms. ZULEMA IDALÍ ROBLES LOMELÍ.
