Agreement Granting Customs Broker Patent Number 1944 to Andrea Garza Contreras
The Agreement grants Customs Broker Patent Number 1944 to Andrea Garza Contreras, authorizing her to act as a customs broker at the Manzanillo customs office as her primary assignment. It further authorizes her to operate at the Colombia and Lázaro Cárdenas customs offices as additional locations, retaining the authorizations held by the previous broker. The agreement is notified personally to the beneficiary and communicated to the relevant customs heads.

Subject: Agreement on the granting of a Customs Broker Patent.
Having seen the resolution contained in letter number 3119 dated June 12, 2024, by which the issuance of the customs broker patent by Call for Applications is ordered in favor of Ms. ANDREA GARZA CONTRERAS, based on the provisions of articles 1, 8, 14, 16, and 90 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; 1, 2, fraction I, 17, 18, 26 and 31, fractions XI and XII of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; 4, Section G, fraction VI, 48 and 49 of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit in force; first paragraph of article 1, fractions II and XXI of article 2, 35, 36, 36-A, 54, first paragraph, 59-A, 159, 160, 161, 162, 163, 164, 165, 166 and 167 of the Customs Law; first paragraph and last, 1, 51, fractions I and II of the Federal Rights Law in force; first paragraph and last, 1, 5, 12, 18, 18-A, 19, 32-D, last paragraph of 33, 38, first and last paragraphs of 63, 135 of the Federal Tax Code; 13 of the Tax Code Regulations; 1, 3, fraction XVI, first paragraph of 4, Section B, fraction V, first paragraph of 8, second paragraph of 12, fractions VIII, XXIV and LXV of 13, first paragraph of 25, fractions XXIII, XXVII, First, Third, Seventh and Eighth Transitory Articles of the Internal Regulations of the National Customs Agency of Mexico, published in the Federal Official Gazette on December 21, 2021, and its modification published in the same Official Gazette on May 24, 2022; Rule 1.2.2., of the General Rules of Foreign Trade for 2023 and its correlative rules for 2024, as well as what is stated in the Processing Instruction 40/LA entitled "Application for the issuance of the 'Agreement on the granting of a customs broker patent'", contained in Annex 2 of the Rules for 2023 and its correlative rules for 2024; since the fiscal address of the interested party is located within the national territory, this General Legal Directorate of Customs of the National Customs Agency of Mexico proceeds to issue the following:
AGREEMENT
First. - In view of the foregoing, customs broker patent number 1944 is granted in favor of Ms. Andrea Garza Contreras, to act in that capacity before the customs office of assignment of Manzanillo.
Second. - Ms. Andrea Garza Contreras is authorized to act before the customs offices of Colombia and Lázaro Cárdenas as additional customs offices to her assignment, which were authorized to the customs broker from whom the patent is obtained.
Third. - An attentive letter is sent to the Heads of the customs office of assignment and the additional authorized customs offices of the customs broker to exercise functions in that capacity, for their knowledge and corresponding effects.
Fourth. - This Agreement is personally notified to Ms. Andrea Garza Contreras.
