AGREEMENT granting customs broker patent number 1949 in favor of Mr.

At the margin, a seal with the National Coat of Arms, which reads: United Mexican States.- Treasury.- Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.- National Customs Agency of Mexico.- General Legal Directorate of Customs.- 500-00-00-00-00-2025-7645.

SUBJECT: AGREEMENT FOR THE GRANTING OF A CUSTOMS BROKER PATENT.

Having seen the resolution contained in letter number 500-00-00-00-00-2025-7405, dated December 3, 2025, by which it is ordered to issue the customs broker patent through Call for Applications, in favor of Mr. JUAN RABINDRANA CISNEROS GARCÍA, based on the provisions of Articles 1, 8, 14, 16, and 90 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; Articles 1, 2, fraction I, 17, 18, 26, and 31, fractions XI and XII of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; Articles 4, Section G, fraction VI, 48, and 49 of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit in force; Article 1, first paragraph, 2, fractions II and XXI, 35, 36, 36-A, 54, first paragraph, 59-A, 159, 160, 161, 162, 163, 164, 165, 166, and 167 of the Customs Law; Article 1, first paragraph and last, 5, 12, 18, 18-A, 19, 32-D, 33 last paragraph, 38, 63, first and last paragraphs, and 135 of the Federal Tax Code; Article 13 of the Regulations of the Tax Code; Articles 1, 3, fraction XVI, 4, first paragraph, Section B, fraction V, 8, first paragraph, 12, second paragraph, 13, fractions VIII, XXIV, and LXV, 25, first paragraph, fractions XXIII and XXVII, First, Third, Seventh, and Eighth Transitory Articles of the Internal Regulations of the National Customs Agency of Mexico, published in the Official Journal of the Federation on December 21, 2021, and its modification published in the same official gazette on May 24, 2022; Rule 1.2.2, of the General Rules of Foreign Trade for 2025, as well as what is stated in the processing sheet 40/LA titled "Application for the issuance of the 'Agreement for the granting of a customs broker patent'", contained in Annex 2 of the General Rules of Foreign Trade for 2025; since the fiscal address of the interested party is located within the national territory, this General Legal Directorate of Customs of the National Customs Agency of Mexico proceeds to issue the following:

AGREEMENT

First. In compliance with the requirements provided for in Article 159 of the current Customs Law and those established in the BASS, FASES, and OTHER PROVISIONS indicated in CHAPTERS I, II, and III of the Call for Applications to obtain a customs broker patent, published in the Official Journal of the Federation on June 22, 2023, and what is stated in numeral 10 of the AGREEMENT for the Resumption of the aforementioned Call, published in the same official gazette on November 20, 2023, harmonized with the provisions of Article 159 of the Customs Law, the "Agreement for the granting of a customs broker patent" is issued in favor of Mr. JUAN RABINDRANA CISNEROS GARCÍA, having met the legal requirements for obtaining the Agreement for the granting of a customs broker patent through Call for Applications.

Second. In view of the foregoing, customs broker patent number 1949 is granted in favor of Mr. JUAN RABINDRANA CISNEROS GARCÍA, to exercise functions with such status before the Customs Office of the Felipe Ángeles International Airport, as the assigned customs office.

Third. An attentive letter is to be sent to the Head of the assigned customs office authorized for the customs broker to exercise functions with such status, for his knowledge and corresponding effects.

Fourth. This Agreement is to be notified to Mr. JUAN RABINDRANA CISNEROS GARCÍA.
