SUBJECT: AGREEMENT FOR THE GRANTING OF A CUSTOMS BROKER PATENT.
Having seen the resolution contained in official document number 500-00-00-00-00-2025-7654, dated December 15, 2025, by which the issuance of the customs broker patent by Call for Applications is ordered in favor of Mr. JORGE HUMBERTO CASTAÑEDA RAMIREZ, based on the provisions of Articles 1, 8, 14, 16, and 90 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; Articles 1, 2, fraction I, 17, 18, 26, and 31, fractions XI and XII of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; Article 4, Section G, fraction VI, 48, and 49 of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit in force; Article 1, first paragraph, 2, fractions II and XXI, 35, 36, 36-A, 54, first paragraph, 59-A, 159, 160, 161, 162, 163, 164, 165, 166, and 167 of the Customs Law; the fourth transitory provision of the Decree by which various provisions of the Customs Law are reformed, added, and repealed, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on November 19, 2025; Articles 1, 51, fraction II of the Federal Rights Law in force; Article 1, first paragraph and last, 5, 12, 18, 18-A, 19, 32-D, 33 last paragraph, 38, 63, first and last paragraphs, and 135 of the Federal Tax Code; Article 13 of the Regulations of the Federal Tax Code; Articles 1, 3, fraction XVI, 4, first paragraph, Section B, fraction V, 8, first paragraph, 12, second paragraph, 13, fractions VIII, XXIV, and LXV, 25, first paragraph, fractions XXIII and XXVII, First, Third, Seventh, and Eighth Transitory Articles of the Internal Regulations of the National Customs Agency of Mexico, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 21, 2021, and its modification published in the same official publication on May 24, 2022; Rule 1.2.2, of the General Foreign Trade Rules in force at the time of the facts, as well as what is stated in the procedure form 40/LA titled "Application for the issuance of the 'Agreement for the granting of a customs broker patent'", contained in Annex 2 of the General Foreign Trade Rules in force at the time of the facts, since the fiscal domicile of the interested party is located within national territory, in compliance with the final judgment dated May 20, 2025, issued by the Third District Court in Administrative Matters, in Mexico City, in the amparo trial number 773/2024, confirmed in the Appeal R.A. 653/2025, by the Twenty-First Collegiate Court in Administrative Matters of the First Circuit, this General Legal Directorate of Customs of the National Customs Agency of Mexico proceeds to issue the following:
AGREEMENT
First. In compliance with the requirements provided in Article 159 of the Customs Law and those established in the BASES, PHASES, AND OTHER PROVISIONS indicated in CHAPTERS I, II, and III of the Call for Applications to obtain a customs broker patent, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on June 22, 2023, and what is stated in numeral 10 of the AGREEMENT for the Resumption of the aforementioned Call, published in the same official publication on November 20, 2023, harmonized with the provisions of Article 159 of the Customs Law, the "Agreement for the granting of a customs broker patent" is issued in favor of Mr. JORGE HUMBERTO CASTAÑEDA RAMIREZ, having met the legal requirements for obtaining the Agreement for the granting of a customs broker patent by Call for Applications.
Second. In view of the foregoing, customs broker patent number 1951 is granted in favor of Mr. JORGE HUMBERTO CASTAÑEDA RAMIREZ, to exercise functions with such status before the Altamira Customs.
Third. An attentive official letter shall be sent to the Head of the authorized customs office assigned to the customs broker to exercise functions with such status, for their knowledge and corresponding effects.
Fourth. This Agreement shall be notified to Mr. JORGE HUMBERTO CASTAÑEDA RAMIREZ.
