Agreement Granting Customs Broker Patent Number 1952 to Sergio Augusto Muzza Tamez

The Agreement General Directorate of Customs of the National Customs Agency of Mexico grants Customs Broker Patent Number 1952 to Sergio Augusto Muzza Tamez, authorizing him to exercise functions as a customs broker before the Nuevo Laredo Customs. SUBJECT: AGREEMENT GRANTING CUSTOMS BROKER PATENT.

Having reviewed the resolution contained in official document number 500-00-00-00-00-2025-7436, dated December 4, 2025, by which the issuance of the customs broker patent by Call for Applications is ordered in favor of Mr. SERGIO AUGUSTO MUZZA TAMEZ, based on the provisions of Articles 1, 8, 14, 16, and 90 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; Articles 1, 2, fraction I, 17, 18, 26, and 31, fractions XI and XII of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; Articles 4, Section G, fraction VI, 48, and 49 of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit in force; Article 1, first paragraph, 2, fractions II and XXI, 35, 36, 36-A, 54, first paragraph, 59-A, 159, 160, 161, 162, 163, 164, 165, 166, and 167 of the Customs Law; Article 1, 51, fraction II of the Federal Rights Law in force at the time of the facts; Article 1, first and last paragraphs, 5, 12, 18, 18-A, 19, 32-D, 33, last paragraph, 38, 63, first and last paragraphs, and 135 of the Federal Tax Code; Article 13 of the Tax Code Regulations; Articles 1, 3, fraction XVI, 4, first paragraph, Section B, fraction V, 8, first paragraph, 12, second paragraph, 13, fractions VIII, XXIV, and LXV, 25, first paragraph, fractions XXIII and XXVII, and Transitory Articles First, Third, Seventh, and Eighth of the Internal Regulations of the National Customs Agency of Mexico, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 21, 2021, and its modification published in the same official publication on May 24, 2022; Rule 1.2.2, of the General Rules of Foreign Trade in force at the time of the facts; as well as what is stated in the procedure file 40/LA titled "Application for the issuance of the 'Agreement granting customs broker patent'", contained in Annex 2 of the General Rules of Foreign Trade in force at the time of the facts; since the fiscal domicile of the interested party is located within the national territory, in compliance with the final sentence dated September 2, 2024, issued by the Fourth Regional Chamber in Mexico City, of the Federal Court of Administrative Justice, in the nullity lawsuit number 7431/24-17-04-7, this General Legal Directorate of Customs of the National Customs Agency of Mexico proceeds to issue the following:

AGREEMENT

First. In compliance with the requirements provided for in Article 159 of the Customs Law in force at the time of the facts, and those established in the BASES, PHASES, AND OTHER PROVISIONS indicated in CHAPTERS I, II, and III of the Call for Applications to obtain a customs broker patent, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on June 22, 2023, and as stated in numeral 10 of the AGREEMENT on Resumption of the aforementioned Call, published in the same official publication on November 20, 2023, harmonized with the provisions of Article 159 of the Customs Law in force at the time of the facts, the "Agreement granting customs broker patent" is issued in favor of Mr. SERGIO AUGUSTO MUZZA TAMEZ, having met the legal requirements for obtaining the Agreement granting customs broker patent by Call for Applications.

Second. In light of the above, customs broker patent number 1952 is granted in favor of Mr. SERGIO AUGUSTO MUZZA TAMEZ, to exercise functions with such status before the Nuevo Laredo Customs.

Third. An official letter is sent to the Head of the authorized customs office assigned to the customs broker, to exercise functions with such status, for their knowledge and corresponding effects.

Fourth. This Agreement is notified to Mr. SERGIO AUGUSTO MUZZA TAMEZ.
