Agreement Granting Customs Broker Substitute Patent No. 1947 to Martha Elba Camacho Angulo

The Agreement General Directorate of Customs grants substitute customs broker patent number 1947 to Martha Elba Camacho Angulo, authorizing her to act in this capacity before the San Luis Rio Colorado customs office. The agreement additionally authorizes her to act before the Mexicali and Tijuana customs offices as additional locations, retaining the authorizations held by the broker from whom the patent is obtained. The document mandates personal notification to the beneficiary and directs official correspondence to the heads of the authorized customs offices.

AGREEMENT granting substitute customs broker patent number 1947 in favor of Ms.

At the margin, a seal with the National Emblem, which reads: United Mexican States.- Treasury.- Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.- National Customs Agency of Mexico.- General Legal Directorate of Customs.- No. 500-00-00-00-00-2025-1468.

SUBJECT: AGREEMENT FOR THE GRANTING OF A SUBSTITUTE CUSTOMS BROKER PATENT.

Having seen the resolution contained in official letter number 742 dated February 20, 2025, by which the issuance of the substitute customs broker patent is ordered, in favor of Ms. Marta Elba Camacho Angulo, based on the provisions of Articles 1, 8, 14, 16, and 90 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; Articles 1, 2, fraction I, 17, 18, 26, and 31, fractions XI and XII of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; Articles 4, Section G, fraction VI, 48, and 49 of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit in force; Article 1, first paragraph, 2, fractions II and XXI, 35, 36, 36-A, 54, first paragraph, 59-A, 159, 160, 161, 162, 163, 164, 165, 166, and 167 of the Customs Law; Articles 1, 51, fraction II of the Federal Rights Law in force; Articles 1, first and last paragraphs, 5, 12, 18, 18-A, 19, 32-D, 33, last paragraph, 38, 63, first and last paragraphs, and 135 of the Federal Tax Code; Article 13 of the Tax Code Regulations; Articles 1, 3, fraction XVI, 4, first paragraph, Section B, fraction V, 8, first paragraph, 12, second paragraph, 13, fractions VIII, XXIV, and LXV, 25, first paragraph, fractions XXIII and XXVII, and Articles First, Third, Seventh, and Eighth Transitory of the Internal Regulations of the National Customs Agency of Mexico, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 21, 2021, and its modification published in the same publication on May 24, 2022; Articles 163 and 163-A of the Customs Law in force as of December 9, 2013, and 159 of the Customs Law in force, as well as what is stated in Rule 1.4.14. of the General Rules of Foreign Trade for 2018, in relation to Rules 1.4.13. and 1.4.14. of the General Rules of Foreign Trade for 2019 and their corresponding rules, 1.4.11. for 2020, 2022, 2023, and 2024, respectively, and the Sixth Transitory of the General Rules of Foreign Trade for 2025, as well as what is stated in the Processing Instruction 19/LA to request the "Agreement for the Granting of a Substitute Customs Broker Patent" (Rule 1.4.14.), contained in Annex 1-A of the General Rules of Foreign Trade for 2019 and 2020, currently Annex 2 of the Rules for 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, given that the fiscal domicile of the interested party is located within the national territory, this General Legal Directorate of Customs of the National Customs Agency of Mexico proceeds to issue the following:

AGREEMENT

First. - In view of the above, substitute customs broker patent number 1947 is granted in favor of Ms. Martha Elba Camacho Angulo, to act in that capacity before the customs office of assignment of San Luis Rio Colorado.

Second. - Ms. Martha Elba Camacho Angulo is authorized to act before the customs offices of Mexicali and Tijuana, as additional customs offices to her assignment, which were authorized to the customs broker from whom the patent is obtained.

Third. - An official letter is sent to the Heads of the customs office of assignment and the authorized additional customs offices to the customs broker to exercise functions with such character, for their knowledge and corresponding effects.

Fourth. - Personal notification of this agreement is given to Ms. Martha Elba Camacho Angulo.
