2024 and 2025,

since the fiscal

domicile of the

interested party is

within the

national territory,

this General

Customs Legal Directorate of the

National Customs Agency of Mexico,

proceeds to issue the

following:

AGREEMENT

First.

• In view of the above,

Customs Broker Substitute Patent

number 1945 is granted

in favor of

C.

Norma Lucía

Sanmiguel

Montoya,

to act with that

status before the

customs office of

assignment in Ciudad

Juárez.

Second.

• Authorization is granted to

C.

Norma Lucía

Sanmiguel

Montoya,

to act before the

customs offices of

Ciudad

Camargo,

Ciudad

Reynosa and

Matamoros,

as additional

customs offices to the

one of her

assignment,

which were

authorized to the

customs broker from

whom the

patent is obtained.

Third.

• Send

diligent letter to

the Heads of

the customs office of

assignment and

of the additional

customs offices

authorized to the

customs broker to

exercise functions

with such

status, for

their knowledge and

corresponding effects.

• Personally
