AGREEMENT granting substitute customs broker patent number 1946 in favor of Mr.

SUBJECT: AGREEMENT FOR THE GRANTING OF A SUBSTITUTE CUSTOMS BROKER PATENT.

Having seen the resolution contained in official letter number 0981 dated March 4, 2025, by which the issuance of a substitute customs broker patent is ordered in favor of Mr. Ricardo Adolfo Pérez Gaspar, based on the provisions of Articles 1, 8, 14, 16, and 90 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; Articles 1, 2, subsection I, 17, 18, 26, and 31, subsections XI and XII of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; Articles 4, Section G, subsection VI, 48, and 49 of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit in force; Article 1, first paragraph, 2, subsections II and XXI, 35, 36, 36-A, 54, first paragraph, 59-A, 159, 160, 161, 162, 163, 164, 165, 166, and 167 of the Customs Law; Article 1, 51, subsection II of the Federal Rights Law in force; Article 1, first and last paragraphs, 5, 12, 18, 18-A, 19, 32-D, 33 last paragraph, 38, 63 first and last paragraphs, 135 of the Federal Tax Code; Article 13 of the Tax Code Regulations; Articles 1, 3, subsection XVI, 4 first paragraph, Section B, subsection V, 8 first paragraph, 12 second paragraph, 13 subsections VIII, XXIV, and LXV, 25 first paragraph, subsections XXIII and XXVII, first, third, seventh, and eighth Transitory Articles of the Internal Regulations of the National Customs Agency of Mexico, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 21, 2021, and its modification published in the same publication on May 24, 2022; Articles 163 and 163-A of the Customs Law in force as of December 9, 2013, and 159 of the Customs Law in force, as well as what is stated in the Sixth Transitory Article of the General Rules of Foreign Trade in force in 2025 and the Processing Instruction 19/LA to request the "Agreement for the granting of a substitute customs broker patent," contained in Annex 1-A of the aforementioned Rules for 2019 and 2020, currently Annex 2 of the Rules for 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025; since the fiscal address of the interested party is located within the national territory, this General Legal Directorate of Customs of the National Customs Agency of Mexico proceeds to issue the following:

AGREEMENT

First. - In light of the above, substitute customs broker patent number 1946 is granted in favor of Mr. Ricardo Adolfo Pérez Gaspar, to act with that status before the customs office of assignment in Ciudad Reynosa.

Second. - Mr. Ricardo Adolfo Pérez Gaspar is authorized to act before the customs offices of Ciudad Camargo, Ciudad Hidalgo, and Matamoros, as additional customs offices to his assignment, which were previously authorized for the customs broker from whom the patent is obtained.

Third. - An official letter is sent to the Heads of the customs office of assignment and the additional authorized customs offices for the customs broker to exercise functions with such status, for their knowledge and corresponding effects.

Fourth. - This Agreement is personally notified to Mr. Ricardo Adolfo Pérez Gaspar.
