"Agreement for the granting of a substitution customs broker patent",

Annex 1- A of the

cited Rules

for 2019 and 2020 and

Annex 2 of the

Rules

for 2022,

2023 and 2024;

since the

tax domicile of the

interested party is located within

the national territory, this

General Legal Directorate of Customs of the

National Customs Agency of Mexico,

proceeds to issue the

following:

AGREEMENT

First.

• In view of the above,

Substitution Customs Broker Patent No.

1948 is granted

in favor of

Mr. Javier Gerez Bazán ,

to act with that

capacity before the

customs of

assignment of

Tampico .

Second.

• Authorization is granted to

Mr.

Javier Gerez

Bazán,

to act before the

customs of

Altamira and

Matamoros,

as additional customs to the

one of his

assignment,

which were authorized

by the

customs broker

from whom the

patent is obtained.

Third.

• An official document is sent

addressed to the

Heads of the

customs of

assignment and of the

additional customs

authorized for the

customs broker to

exercise functions with

such capacity,

for their knowledge and

corresponding effects

Fourth.

• The present

Agreement is

notified personally to

Mr.

Javier Gerez

Bazán.
