The Secretary of Finance and Public Credit publishes the federal collectible revenue for April 2026 and the resulting federal revenue participations for May 2026, along with the definitive adjustment for the 2025 fiscal year. The document details the integration and distribution of the General Participation Fund, Municipal Development Fund, Taxation and Collection Fund, Hydrocarbon Extraction Fund, Compensation Fund, and specific participations on the Special Production and Services Tax. It provides the calculation coefficients for these funds based on statutory formulas and lists the specific amounts allocated to each federative entity.

AGREEMENT BY WHICH THE REPORT ON FEDERAL COLLECTIBLE REVENUE AND FEDERAL PARTICIPATIONS, AS WELL AS THE CALCULATION PROCEDURES, FOR THE MONTH OF MAY 2026 AND FOR THE DEFINITIVE ADJUSTMENT OF PARTICIPATIONS OF THE 2025 FISCAL YEAR ARE MADE KNOWN.
ÉDGAR ABRAHAM AMADOR ZAMORA, Secretary of Finance and Public Credit, pursuant to the provisions of Article 31 of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; Article 26 of the Law of the Tax Administration Service, and Articles 3, 6, and 11, fraction XX of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, and
CONSIDERING
·
The integration of the federal collectible revenue for the month of April 2026, with which the participations in federal revenues for the month of May 2026 were calculated, as well as that related to the 2025 fiscal year, with which the differences of the definitive adjustment of this same fiscal year were calculated, in accordance with Articles 2nd, 2nd-A, 3rd-A, 4th, 4th-A, 4th-B, and 7th of the Fiscal Coordination Law, for the concept of the General Participation Fund; the Municipal Development Fund; the Taxation and Collection Fund; the Hydrocarbon Extraction Fund; the Compensation Fund; the specific participations in the Special Tax on Production and Services; the 0.136% of the federal collectible revenue corresponding to municipalities bordering the border or coasts where merchandise physically enters or leaves the country that is imported or exported, and of the transfer of the Mexican Oil Fund for Stabilization and Development, to municipalities bordering the border or coasts through which the country's hydrocarbons are physically exported.

AGREEMENT
First.- In compliance with the obligation contained in Article 26 of the Law of the Tax Administration Service, in the tables listed below, the federal collectible revenue of April 2026 is made known, the participations in federal revenues for the month of May 2026, as well as the procedure followed in their determination and integration. The figures corresponding to the month of May 2026 do not include deductions derived from financial commitments contracted by the federative entities.
