The Agreement of the Secretary of Finance and Public Credit publishes the federal participable revenue collected in February 2026 and the resulting federal revenue participations for March 2026. It details the integration of the General Participation Fund, Municipal Development Fund, Hydrocarbon Extraction Fund, Compensation Fund, and specific participations in the Special Tax on Production and Services. The document provides the specific calculation coefficients for these funds and the distribution amounts for each federal entity and municipality.

AGREEMENT BY WHICH THE REPORT ON FEDERAL PARTICIPABLE REVENUE AND FEDERAL PARTICIPATIONS, AS WELL AS THE CALCULATION PROCEDURES, FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH 2026 IS MADE KNOWN.

ÉDGAR ABRAHAM AMADOR ZAMORA, Secretary of Finance and Public Credit, based on the provisions of

Article 31 of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; Article 26 of the Law of the Tax Administration Service, and Articles 3, 6 and 11, fraction XX of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, and

CONSIDERING

·

The integration of the federal participable revenue of the month of February 2026, with which the participations in federal revenues for the month of March 2026 were calculated, in accordance with Articles 2nd, 2nd-A, 3rd-A,

4th-A, 4th-B and 7th of the Fiscal Coordination Law, for the concept of the General Participation Fund; the Municipal Development Fund; the Hydrocarbon Extraction Fund; the Compensation Fund; the specific participations in the special tax on production and services; the 0.136% of the federal participable revenue corresponding to the municipalities bordering the border or the coasts where merchandise physically enters or leaves the country that are imported or exported, and the transfer of the Mexican Oil Fund for Stabilization and Development, to the municipalities bordering the border or coasts through which the exit of hydrocarbons from the country is physically carried out;

The determination of the participation coefficients of the first, second and third parts of the growth of the

General Participation Fund; the Municipal Development Fund; the Hydrocarbon Extraction Fund; the

Compensation Fund; the specific participations of the special tax on production and services; the

0.136% of the federal participable revenue corresponding to the municipalities bordering the border or the

coasts where merchandise physically enters or leaves the country that are imported or exported, and the

transfer of the Mexican Oil Fund for Stabilization and Development, to the municipalities bordering

the border or coasts through which the exit of hydrocarbons from the country is physically carried out, with

which the distribution of the participations of March 2026 was carried out, in accordance with Articles 2nd, 2nd-A, 3rd- A, 4th-A, 4th-B, 5th and 7th of the Fiscal Coordination Law, and

through which the exit of hydrocarbons from the country is physically carried out, of the month of March

accordance with Articles 2nd, 2nd-A, 3rd-A, 4th-A, 4th-B, 5th and 7th of the Fiscal Coordination Law.

AGREEMENT

First.- In compliance with the obligation contained in Article 26 of the Tax Administration Service Law,

in the tables listed below, the federal participable revenue of February 2026 is made known, the participations in federal revenues for the month of March 2026, as well as the procedure followed in the

determination and integration of the same, by federal entities and, if applicable, by municipalities. The figures

corresponding to the month of March 2026 do not include deductions derived from financial commitments contracted by

the federal entities.
