DECISION OF THE BOARD OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTON

ON AMENDING THE REGULATION ON REQUIREMENTS FOR COMMERCIAL BANK CREDIT POLICY

[Registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan on September 6, 2006, under number 905-2]

This decision loses its force on December 24, 2021, based on the Decision of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 20/8 dated August 31, 2021 "On Declaring the Regulation on Requirements for Commercial Bank Credit Policy and Amendments and Additions to It Invalid" (registration number 905-7, 23.09.2021).

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-3780 dated July 24, 2006 "On Privatization of Land Plots Occupied by Buildings and Structures of Legal Entities and Citizens" and to ensure the implementation of paragraph 3 of Decision No. 147 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 26, 2006 "On Implementation of Decree No. PF-3780 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 24, 2006 'On Privatization of Land Plots Occupied by Buildings and Structures of Legal Entities and Citizens'", the Board of the Central Bank decides:

1. Additions shall be made to the Regulation on Requirements for Commercial Bank Credit Policy (March 2, 2000, registration number 905) in accordance with the Appendix.

• The Appendix is provided in the Russian language text.

2. This decision shall enter into force ten days after the day of its state registration by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. Starting from the day this decision enters into force, each commercial bank shall incorporate relevant additions into its credit policy within one month and ensure its implementation.
