Amendments to the Companies (Registration Offices) Regulations, 2018

GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION OF PAKISTAN -.-.-.- Islamabad, 10th April, 2023 NOTIFICATION S.R.O. 469 (I)/2023.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 512 read with sub-section (2) of Section 462 of the Companies Act, 2017 (XIX of 2017), the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan is pleased to make the following amendments to the Companies (Registration Offices) Regulations, 2018, the same having been previously published for comments vide S.R.O, 66(I)/2023 dated January 19, 2023. In the aforesaid Regulations, for the Table contained in Annexure D as specified under sub-regulation (2) of regulation 12, the following Table shall be substituted, namely: "Time Frame for the disposal of various matters S.
