The Board of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan amends the approved list of retention periods for documents arising in the activities of commercial banks. The decision is based on Articles 7 and 51 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan 'On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan' and includes amendments as specified in the attached appendix. The resolution enters into force 10 days after its state registration with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Implementation oversight is assigned to Deputy Chairman M.Y. Eshmatov.

RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTON
ON AMENDMENTS TO THE LIST OF RETENTION PERIODS FOR DOCUMENTS ARISING IN THE ACTIVITIES OF COMMERCIAL BANKS OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTON

This resolution is removed from the State Register effective August 10, 2021, based on Order No. 11-mh dated May 6, 2021 of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Removing Certain Departmental Normative Legal Documents from the State Register of Departmental Normative Legal Documents" (registration number 3298, dated 06.05.2021).
Based on Articles 7 and 51 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan", the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:
This resolution shall enter into force 10 days after its state registration with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Oversight of the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank M.Y. Eshmatov.
