Amendments to the Regulation on Mandatory Reserves Deposited by Commercial Banks with the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The Central Bank of Uzbekistan amends the Regulation on Mandatory Reserves by removing references to foreign currency in the definition of reserve liabilities and stipulating that reserves must be formed and maintained solely in national currency. The document repeals paragraphs 7 and 8 of the Regulation, renames 'Investment Programs' to 'Development State Programs' in Appendix 1, and removes Column Z from the table in Appendix 2. Additionally, it updates the calculation formula in Appendix 3 and renumbers specific paragraphs to reflect these structural changes.
